Something for everyone
Valkyrie’s Haven offers drive in training for one day or membership access. Trainers wanting to use the facilities are welcome with their students. Our farm is easily accessed from a main road in Paris. We have paved or graveled drives and turnaround which accommodates large vehicles and trailers.
COMBINED DRIVING
Obstacles, practice cone courses, and a dressage grass arena measuring 40 x 100 meters.
CROSS COUNTRY CONDITIONING - DRIVE & RIDE
We have 150 acres of gently rolling and flat driving and riding property. Trails are mowed and safe to drive and ride at any level of experience.
INDOOR ARENA
The spacious indoor arena measures 100’ x 200’ contains a footing mix suitable for either riding or driving. Multiple turnouts or mounted riders can train in this space at the same time.
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
DRIVING EVENTS
Our farm is host to local driving events held by the Spokes and Spurs Club of this area. Supporters of equine driving as a sport and hobby, the club welcomes new members and would love to introduce you to the art of driving.
TRAINERS WELCOME
We welcome trainers to use this facility to give lessons or clinics. Whether you are visiting the area for a time to give lessons or a clinic or you have students locally for regular teaching times, we can accommodate your training needs and offer use of these facilities accordingly.

CLINICIANS
Valkyrie’s Haven will offer clinics periodically during the year. Watch our site for What’s Going On for information on our events or other local events you might wish to travel in for. Clinicians wishing to schedule use of the facility for their clinic are welcome.
HAUL IN
Daily haul in for yourself and your driving turnout is available for a fee. This allows you to utilize the facility to condition and train. Trailer parking is ample with easy access from a main road and plenty of room to unload and turnaround safely. Bathrooms and showers available. Ready access to water and wash rack.
